OH&M Engineering have successfully completed and handed over another major refurbishment project—ahead of schedule once again. This comprehensive revamp involved a full transformation across all classrooms, carried out with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail.

The scope of works included:

• Complete strip-out and rebuild of all existing areas

• Installation of new vinyl flooring throughout

• Full redecoration, including freshly painted walls, ceilings, doors, and skirtings

• New kitchen installations

• Construction of stud walls to suit updated layout specifications

• Replacement worktops and mirrors within the hairdressing rooms

• Supply and fitting of window blinds

• Creation of a new tanning studio

Every room was completely gutted and rebuilt using high-quality new materials—all supplied, managed, and installed by the OH&M Engineering site team.
