Job Description: Joiner

We are looking for skilled and experienced Joiners for ongoing work. The ideal candidates must be self-employed, CIS registered, and hold a valid CSR certificate. This role involves working with wood and other materials on-site, assisting with construction, installation, and finishing tasks while ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Requirements:

• CSR Training Certificate (Mandatory)
• Self-Employed & CIS Registered (Essential)
• Proven Experience in joinery and carpentry
• Own Set of Tools (Required)
• Ability to Read & Interpret Drawings
• Strong Attention to Detail & Craftsmanship
• Physically Fit to handle manual tasks
• Reliable, Punctual, & Hardworking
• Team Player with good communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing woodwork
• Fitting doors, frames, skirting, flooring, and other joinery elements
• Assisting with construction and renovation tasks
• Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Loading/unloading materials as required
• Ensuring all work meets quality standards and safety regulations
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
